Three CCSD Seniors Named 2026 Georgia Scholars
Three Cherokee County School District high school seniors have been selected for the prestigious Georgia Scholar recognition awarded to only 162 seniors statewide!
The Georgia Department of Education program honors seniors who exhibit excellence in their school and community life by demonstrating dedication to academic success, participation in interscholastic events and leadership through extra-curricular activities.
Congratulations to Creekview High School seniors Aiden Johnson, Mignon Retief, Virginia “Gracie” Sater and their teachers! Our School Board is laser focused on ensuring our students are learning more, growing more, and achieving more in our classrooms than they could anywhere else.
Each honoree receives a diploma seal and graduation cord to recognize this achievement.
