This link will be open 4/18/25 - 5/26/25. Once this link closes we will work through the waitlist created from the lottery before opening a new waitlist, so please apply now to ensure you are on the waitlist.
If you are selected in the lottery, please do not submit copies of any documents until it is time to pick up your parking decal in July.
