
IF YOUR STUDENT WAS SELECTED DURING THE PARKING LOTTERY, parking passes will be available to pick up in the gym concession stands on Thursday July 24th from 9am - 11am OR 12pm - 2pm. Parking spaces will already be assigned, this is NOT a first come, first served.
Parking decals not picked up before Friday August 29th will be released to the next student on the waitlist and your student will be added to the waitlist.
**The school will NOT be making copies or accepting emails for the items listed below. Passes will be held until Friday August 29th, until copies are properly submitted.
**Please DO NOT staple documents together.
Please bring a copy of the following documents before the parking decal is released:
· Photocopy of Student’s valid GA Class C or Class D Driver’s License
· Photocopy of current/valid Vehicle Registration
· Photocopy of Proof of Insurance - Student’s name must be on 1 of the following: (Insurance Card, Policy, Binder Agreement or Declaration Page)
· Parking Application (click here)
· Parking Survey & Agreement (click here)
· Online Parking Pass Payment receipt
**If you have multiple student drivers and you are unsure of which one has received a parking pass, please email me with your student's name and ID # to confirm BEFORE making your payment. Please do not call the school to verify which one of your students' names has been selected. Staff at the school during the summer hours do not have access to parking verification.
** If your student is enrolled for full-time dual enrollment, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT, payments will not be refunded.
Please email me so I can update your student's entry. Full-Time dual enrolled students will not be issued a parking pass
**UNAUTHORIZED PARKING PASS PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
**If your student is in 11th grade (Junior) and drops dual-enrollment or work-based learning, this will forfeit their parking pass and will not be refunded. Schedules will be verified each semester.
